    4. This document is the "Post-trial Brief" filed on May 16, 1986 by attorney Mayer S. Klein in the United States Distict Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Such brief was filed on behalf of the Plaintiff Jesus Alberto Cabal. The same document now a days represents overwhelming evidence that Mr. Cabal was indeed discriminated against by employer "ENVYRODYNE ENGINEERS" of Saint Louis, Missouri.

    Moreover, the brief also proves beyond a reasonable doubt that Jesus Alberto Cabal was the victim of a massive conspiracy which led all the way to the President of the United States of America himself.

    5. This document is an "Administrative Claim" filed simultaneously in Washington D.C and San Antonio, Texas on/or about November 20, 1998. The same was filed as required by federal law with the office of the Department of Justice prior to filing a law suit against U.S. Government employees. Among the U.S Government officials mentioned in such complaint it was included former presidents: Ronald Reagan, George Bush Sr., and Bill Clinton.

    Once again, this is more evidence that Jesus Alberto Cabal had been involved in legal disputes with the father of president George Bush Jr., and therefore corroborates the argument that Bush Jr. had motives to seek some sort of revenge against Jesus Cabal such as the "rape fabrication" done in the state of Texas against him.
