A good “litmus test” for the United Nations, and for the Congress of the United States is whether the straight out criminal behaviour of the President of the United States Mr. George Bush, and of the vice president Dick Cheney in the cases of the invasion of Iraq, and the torture of Jesus Alberto Cabal will remain unpunished for years to come. There is no doubt that these individuals have committed serious violations of International Law (such as the Geneva’s Convention genocide, and anti-torture statutes), and also of United States’ laws dealing with conspiracy, perjury, assassination, and attempts to assassinate. Let’s not forget either that Mr. Bush has violated his oath to honour and enforce several Articles or Amendments to the United States’ Constitution aimed at protecting the human rights of all people within its jurisdiction.

Should this type of behaviour be allowed to continue with impunity the developing nations of the world will be getting the wrong message, that is: “That the laws against war crimes and genocide only apply to the leaders of poor, weak, and developing nations who happen to fall into disgrace with the technologically advanced nations of the “First World”, and that powerful countries like the United States and its Western European counterparts can get away with torture, mass murder, and the most outrageous behaviour that one can imagine”. If this is not an incentive for the developing nations of the world to try and arm themselves with weapons of mass destruction to protect themselves from the aggression of the “tyrant nations” who are armed to the teeth with powerful nuclear arsenals, then, I do not know what else it could be.

Let’s not forget that even the former CIA director George Tennet has stated on numerous occasions that both: Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney, wanted to go to war against the government of Iraq in 2003 regardless of the facts against Saddam Hussein whom they wanted to depose at any cost no matter the consequences. I am not arguing herein that Saddam Hussein was a good man, but I truly believe that in great part he was “demonized” by the American National Security establishment encouraged, among others, by The Bush family and Mr. Dick Cheney himself who was the Secretary of Defence under the Administration of George Bush Senior. One question that arises is: What may have been the reason for demonizing Saddam Hussein a man considered years ago a “good pal” of Ronald Reagan and Mr Donald Rumsfeld himself? Very simple, Hussein was a former ally against the Iranians who probably knew a lot of nasty secrets about the present and past U.S Administrations, and who was no longer of any use to the American political establishment. Therefore, invading his country with a handful of “puppet nations” after feeding the American people and the Congress a high doses of lies in support of the invasion rendered the expected result: That is, to have Saddam Hussein lynched by his enemies after a mock trial, in which he was portrayed as the son of the devil himself.

Something else that the American public needs to take into account is that the facts are already known that these two individuals deliberately lied to the nation not only about Hussein’s purported nuclear arsenals, but about Jesus Cabal’s alleged raped of a minor which all seems to indicate was a “hit” ordered by the very same “blood thirsty thugs” we are referring to herein. In fact, the American troops who have fought in Iraq were flat out misled into believing that they would be going to war, and probably giving up their lives, to protect the liberties of their country men, when in fact were dying for George Bush himself and his doctrine of aggression toward those who dared to disagree with his policies. The irony of this matter is that those soldiers who died in Iraq sacrificed themselves for a man who someday might very well be remembered by historians as a war criminal.

Now, let’s examine this matter in detail: Who was Ronald Reagan? Well, the 40th president of the United States was an ultra-conservative republican politician who became president at the late age of 68, who was also an anti-communist zealot and totally obsessed with the Sandinista army in the sovereign country of Nicaragua. His political platform in the 1980 presidential race had among the central issues to turn back the clock on the civil rights movement within the United States, and particularly to reverse the “affirmative action” laws enacted to protect minorities in education, housing, and employment matters. The political mood in the country was favorable for the rising of Ronald Reagan due to the anti-foreign sentiment of the time fueled by the Iranian hostage crisis in which 52 U.S citizens were kidnapped at the American embassy in Tehran by followers of the religious leader Ayatollah Khomeini. Mr. Reagan, who we later found out was an “erratic old man”, who scared the living daylights out of former Soviet President Gorvachev with his anti-soviet rhetoric, and his multi billion-dollar Arms build up also appeared to have been suffering already from dementia, once we study in detail the final report of the independent council Walsh on the Iran-Contra investigation which portrayed him as a president totally detached from the reality of his job. A man who used to spend many hours a day sleeping while other officials were running the day to day activities of the nation. Reagan surrounded himself with ruthless individuals such as Caspar Weinberger, Bill Casey, Ed Meese, and George Schultz, to name a few, who altogether with Lt. Colonel Oliver North appeared to be running a “parallel government” from the basement of the White house dedicated to all type of illegal activities including but no limited to sabotage and assassinations in foreign lands. These are the same guys who in defiance of Congress and existing U.S Laws were waging a secret war in Central America which caused thousands of lives, and who were also providing arms to the government of Iran to be used against Iraq (and viceversa) while calling Saddam Hussein a key allied of the United States and thereafter causing the death of hundreds of thousands if not millions of people as a result of the barbaric ten-year war between Iran and Iraq fueled by Ronald Reagan and his “thugs of war”.

Therefore, no one should be surprised that this type of war mongers could have been responsible for the cyanide killings in Chicago in 1982 with the goal to further Ronald Reagan’s anti-civil rights’ agenda, and perhaps to try and portray me, Jesus Cabal, as the “poster child” in support of their case against discrimination laws. It is very well known that Mr. Reagan and his successors have been “demonizing me” for years and using a stiff censorship about my law suits ensuring that only the Reagan’s and later on the Bush’s Administration side of the story would be told to the American people creating thereafter a false and bizarre sense of reality.

The Republican conspiracy against me did continue under the “George Bush Senior” presidency mainly by ensuring that the news media maintained a total black out of the news regarding my law suits filed in Federal Courts of the United States. Throughout the decade of the nineteen nineties the republicans also managed to continue their cover up in my case while challenging the “patriotism” of Bill Clinton the democratic president who followed George Bush (senior), and forced him on patriotic grounds to continue the cover up and thereafter the outrageous violation of my civil rights that continues up to these days. (That’s rights folks, I have no doubts at all that George Bush Senior dedicated his political campaign to challenge the patriotism of Bill Clinton just to ensure that he did not expose the Reagan-Bush cover ups and crimes committed against me, Jesus Alberto Cabal, during the nineteen eighties”). Then, in 2001 George Bush Junior came along as the 43rd president of the United States and based on the events that took place a few months after his inauguration it is quite evident that the Republican party had some nasty plans in store for me and came ready to unleash a final wave of terror similar to what his father and Ronal Reagan had started before him in the early nineteen eighties.

The sequence of events beginning with Ronald Reagan throughout the presidency of George Bush Junior clearly demonstrate that the Republican party of the United States took it on its own “to wage a brutal psychological war” against me in a clear attempt to demonize me, to “turn me into a monster” before the eyes of the American people and of the international community as well. Such was done via assassinations, and fabrication of cases such as the alleged “rape of a child” in the state of Texas in 2001 just months after the presidential inauguration of George Bush Jr. This is without a doubt “the icing on the cake” and best evidence so far that “Republican party officials” were hunting me down as it is shown by the facts that all the judges appointed in the Federal and State litigation that took place in the state of Texas as a result of the alleged rape charges were the most conservative and radical within the republican judges that could be found in Texas to handle said litigation. It is quite evident that there was an attempt by the “right-wingers” within the Republican Party to desensitize people and most likely to assassinate me as well while fabricating the rape charges of a child. After all, the subject is taboo and stigmatized to the point that when someone is accused of this type of crime people don’t even care to find out what the facts are, and just turn away without stopping by to think that a terrible injustice may have been committed against an innocent person.

Fortunately, a long time ago I realized that assassinating me might very well be what republicans were trying to do after an attempt on my life which was carried out in Jersey City, New Jersey, during the year of 1983. Such attempt did cost me the sight in my left eye, and was done during the Ronald Reagan Administration at a time that it was rumoured that Mr. Reagan had “suspended” my rights via Executive Order. As a result of this incident I took measurements to avoid giving them another chance to do me in and to make it look like it was an accident. Up to now things have not worked out as they expected, and step by step the reality of this barbaric and racist conspiracy against me is coming to light; although some of the people who could expose the conspiracy wide open, mainly in the news media, are still feeling afraid, very intimidated to come forward and do the right thing with the knowledge they already have.

Could George Bush and Dick Cheney be capable of ordering a “hit” on Jesus Alberto Cabal in furtherance of a conspiracy? Let me just respond once again by saying that these two men did order an attack on a sovereign nation who had done nothing at all to the people of the United States, as has been clearly explained in the book by former CIA director George Tennet, and has been exposed as well by other congressional investigations which have corroborated the fact that both of these men wanted to launch an attack against Iraq regardless of the facts and consequences. They did not even care about getting killed in the process thousands of young American soldiers to reach their evil goals. Therefore, nobody should be surprised that these men were also willing and capable of ordering the fabrication of the sexual assault charges of a child against me in which all the constitutional rights of the adult are taken away. Not only is the behaviour of Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney in my case good evidence in support of the argument that "strict liability statutes" should be prohibited by the Congress of the United States, but also further proof that Republican presidents are very capable and willing to get their own country men killed, or assassinated as long as it fits their radical agendas.

On the other hand: Was this Federal Judge compelled via Executive Orders signed by “President George Bush Junior” to violate the civil rights of Jesus Alberto Cabal in the United States' District Court for the Western District of Texas?

During the year of 2002, I, Jesus Alberto Cabal filed two law suits in the United States’ District Court for the Western District of Texas located in the city of San Antonio accusing several U.S Attorneys General, and former Directors of the F.B.I of engaging in a massive conspiracy with other officials at the State and Federal levels to violate my civil rights. The charges which among other things described several violations to the Federal laws, 42 U.S.C §1981, §1983, and 42 U.S.C §1985(2) and (3) , also argued that the indictment by the State of Texas against me for the alleged “aggravated sexual assault of a minor” was nothing else than a fabrication, and an act in furtherance of a conspiracy against me initiated by the former Ronald Reagan Administration in the nineteen eighties which was perpetuated throughout the Clinton and Bush Administrations while arguing “Protection of the National Security of the United States”. This of course was a “gimmick” to cover up the tremendous blunder by Mr. Reagan himself in my case, and thereafter to be able to impose a stiff censorship upon the news media to ensure that the American public could never find out the truth.

The incursion of Russia into the territory of Georgia this August 8, 2008 must be understood for what it was, that is, a legitimate attempt of the Russian Government to protect the thousands of ethnic Russians, and other non-Georgian ethnic groups left behind after the Soviet Union was dissolved. Those “forgotten” Russians, Abkhazians and Ossetians do appear to be suffering widespread discrimination and oppression at the hands of the Georgian Government probably encouraged by the Bush Administration in the United States which doesn’t want any witnesses sympathetic to Russia in their quest to attract Georgia and other Russian neighbours into the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (a.k.a: NATO).

The arguments set forth by the Administration of the United States claiming that Russia is trying to intimidate neighbouring republics is just a lot of nonsense, and the people of the world should not fall for that simplistic “right wing” rhetoric.

The position of the United States’ government in this matter is just a plain case of hypocrisy when accusing Russia of invading a neighbour country without a legitimate reason, when in reality the actions of the Georgian government were clearly threatening peace and security along the border of the Russian State.

To use a common analogy, the claims of the Bush Administration are nothing else than the distorted reality of people who live in “glass houses” casting stones on others. Particularly since the United States itself invaded Iraq in 2003, that as we all know at the time was a sovereign nation which:

1. Is located over 7,000 thousand miles away from the American mainland.

2. It had done absolutely nothing to any Americans citizens, nor challenged the security of the United States in any manner.

3. The U.S removed by force its legitimate elected government which was a member of the United Nations in good standing.

4. Iraq was a country with probably one-tenth the population of the United States and, of more importance from a military point of view, with roughly one-twelfth its per capita income. Let’s not forget either that during the first Gulf War vital infrastructure had already being demolished such as water systems, electrical power plants and related means of distribution, and of course most of its communication towers leaving that nation literally crippled.

5. To make things worst, the U.S military caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians after years of sporadic bombing by the U.S Air force and its “puppet allies” supposedly enforcing a no-fly zone, and a cruel embargo which definitely took countless lives, and,

6. Add to this travesty of justice the lynching of its leader Saddam Hussein, who by the way was a “Sunday School Teacher” when compared with the butchers of Washington George Bush and Dick Cheney. Moreover, contrary to what they (Bush and Cheney) allege there are reasons to believe that Hussein was not turned over to the International Court of Criminal Justice for further proceedings because there was insufficient evidence to obtain a fair conviction against him, and thereafter chose instead to have his enemies prosecute him in what was considered a charade and a mockery of justice by American lawyers who were present during that trial.

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) was founded in 1949 shortly after the end of World War II, and at the time it was known as the “Atlantic Alliance”. It was a direct response to what the United States and several Western European nations perceived as a direct “Soviet Threat” embodied in the former Warsaw Pact countries also known as the “Iron Curtain”, or putting it in more direct terms the Eastern Europe communist nations led by the Russians. At the time, most Western European nations were deeply concerned by the threat posed by the large numbers of Soviet troops amassed along the border of West Germany. As a direct result, the nations of the “Atlantic Alliance” agreed that an attack on any one of them would be considered an attack against all the members of the alliance by the Soviet Union and its allies. But that was then, and this is now. The truth of the matter is that the Soviet Union ceased to exist in the nineteen nineties, and the same applies to the “Warsaw Pact” nations of Eastern Europe with most of them converted to “free market economies” nowadays.

Therefore, what’s the real purpose of NATO in the 21st century?

Well, it seems very clear to me that with the end of the Soviet Union, of the Warsaw Pact, and the “Cold War” there are no powerful military threats to justify this type of alliance of what is now the most powerful and intimidating “gang” of nations in the history of human kind. Let’s not forget that the main principle for the creation of NATO was to maintain adequate military strength, political unity and to deter aggression plus other forms of military activity in the soviet era; and that principle is now irrelevant. Unfortunately, it appears that the nations of the “North Atlantic Treaty Organization” bored with nothing to do are using its military resources to intimidate the developing nations of the world or what they call “Third World Nations”.
